Touching Stories at Springwood Library

Yesterday saw the launch of the Touching Stories exhibition which will be on display at Springwood Library during February, Blaxland Library in March and Katoomba Library in April.

Touching Stories is a collaborative arts project that explores the universal experience of loss and bereavement through visual arts, Artbooks, writing and zines. 

This is not a completed project, visitors are invited to contibute their own postcard-sized artwork. These postcards will be exhibited in a hand-stitched community Artbook. In addition, workshops will be run in the mid mountains at the same time as the exhibition. Participants will be making their own Artbooks based on the themes.
