Katoomba Library Update

Our spy has been able to sneak in and take another peek at the progress being made in the new Katoomba Library and Cultural Centre and reports the following this week :

• The joinery behind the circulation desk is in – plus the circulation desk!
• All furniture has now been delivered
• All shelving is in place
• Air conditioning is being tested
• The compactus in the staff area has arrived
• The operable walls of the meeting room have been installed
• The AV equipment in the meeting room has been installed
• Lift cladding will commence next Monday
