  1. Hi Alison

Great to see recommendations of books by Australian women. Unfortunately, when I click on these links, a message comes up “Session has timed out”. Are they meant to go to reviews or just the catalog?

    Thanks.

    • Elizabeth – glad you approve of Alison’s reading matter. As to the links, we thought they were going to the catalogue but obviously not. It’s good you’ve raised the matter. We’ll have to do a bit of investigating.

      • Glad to help.

Australian Women Writers is working on a database of books reviewed this year as part of our Reading Challenge for the National Year of Reading. The challenge is also going to continue in 2013.

If anyone at Readers In the Mist or BMCC library patrons have written reviews of books by Australian women you would be very welcome to enter the link for your reviews on the AWW challenge page. It’s a great way of joining in the discussion in the lead up to next year’s The Stella Prize for women as well as attracting attention for the library.
