Editor-in-Residence

Have you heard about the  Library’s fantastic, FREE, Editor-In-Residence program?
Our Resident Editor, Natalie Muller, is a freelance manuscript reader. She holds qualifications in Teaching and Humanities (History and English), and is currently working on her Masters in Creative Writing. Natalie has been published in The Weekend Australian, Narrator Magazine and writes her own blog It’s all Greek to me…

Natalie is at the Library on the second Saturday of each month throughout 2014 (at various branches), giving you the opportunity to chat with her about reading and writing. Natalie can share tips about how to improve your writing, suggest useful resources to develop your writing further, and provide advice on approaching publishers and agents.

You might also like to submit your own manuscript (3000 words maximum) one week in advance, to have Natalie provide tailored feedback on your writing. This is optional, and not a requirement of booking a session with Natalie.

Bookings can be made at any library branch, over the phone or in person.

Below is the schedule showing which Library branch will host the Editor-in-Residence session each month, throughout 2014.

April – Springwood

May – Katoomba

June – Blaxland

July – Springwood

August – Katoomba

September – Blaxland

October – Springwood

November – Blaxland
