Energy and Water Information at Katoomba Library on Thursday 26th February 2015.

The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) is a free, fair and independent dispute resolution scheme for all electricity and gas consumers and some water customers in NSW. Topics to be covered include energy and water saving tips, energy marketing and scams, lodging a complaint with EWON, hardship programs, energy rebates, dealing with energy and water suppliers. This is a free event and morning tea will be provided.
